A sports teacher had a difficult experience with privileged and arrogant students at a private institution who did not respect his teachings due to their pride. Some supportive teachers noticed his despair and helped him hold meetings with parents, students, and other teachers to explain his situation and gain their understanding and cooperation. While it was a hard situation to handle students with big egos, with help he was able to earn their respect and make progress, learning that life presents challenges and nothing comes easily.

I think the most drastic experience I have had in life is when I practice sports training, because I
had to do it in a private institution and the students were upper class and quite difficult to deal
with. It was frustrating for me because I wanted to teach them everything I had learned during my
studies and they would not allow it because of their pride and I was already desperate enough to
think about giving up my internship. But some of the teachers at the institution noticed my despair
and that is why I decided to help myself face that fear that I had of not being able to handle the
classroom, I held meetings with the parents, with the students and the other teachers, so that
they could understand my situation and what I was facing; In this way the students deigned to
respect my classes and collaborate with the progress that I feel these grades. I cannot deny that it
was a very hard situation for me, handling students is complicated and even more so when they
handle such a high ego, but in life nothing is easy and much less the color of roses, I thank my
colleague for helping me, without things like that they were different today.
