current policies and learning continuity plan of the Dep-Ed and to empower them by sharing ideas and
feedbacks to K-12 educational institutions for necessary reforms in the delivery of basic education.
I commend this activity of Santa Lucia HS. This Stakeholder engagement is a significant process by which an
organization involves people who may be affected by the decisions it makes or can influence the implementation
of its decisions. In layman's terms, Santa Lucia HS, through this activity is keeping in constant communication
with their stakeholders involved in the process, so they always know what is going on and how this will affect
them.
And Why this is important comes down to a few critical points, if the school and its stakeholders successfully
achieve good engagement some of the benefits are
 Better school management
 Deeper understanding of the decision-making process
 Improved insight into the community and better internal innovation
 Shared goals for all involved
 Paving the way for a shared organizational blueprint
And all these good outcomes will positively affect our learners, hence creating a proactive, value-laden future
generation, and of course, in these trying times, this is the best COVID-19 response. An Engagement intending
to build a mutually effective relationship for the betterment of our learners.
I can say that Santa Lucia’s stakeholders will always be the best ally of the school through thick and thin, and
with all of you here in this forum, I feel an overflowing positive aura in the 4 corners of this platform. .
