 At the time of joining in Merec, Mozambique, the tonnage was 70-80T / Month, by implementing suitable
measures, the tonnage raised to 280 T / Month.
 While at Britannia, i did the formulation of 50-50, little hearts (premium brand of Britannia) after getting the
approval from R&D,The first ever run was by me,later reached the highest output in a shift headed by me.
 Involved myself in changing the line from LDO to F.O.
 Involved in the cost reduction in the department by analysing and fixing the man power according to the needs
only.
