REACH SVHC Compliance: As per Regulation EC No.: 1907/2006 proposed by European
Chemical Agency (ECHA)
 169 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as per Authorization List and
Candidate List - 01, 02, 03, 04, 05,06, 07, 08, 09, 10 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15
Authorization list Proposed by European Chemical Agency ( ECHA) With
reference to Corrigendum to Regulation (EC) no.1907/2006, concerning the
Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals( REACH).
 Testing Method for SVHC Compliance: The Part was analyzed for 163 Substance of
Very High Concern (SVHC) as per the Authorization list and Candidate list-01, 02, 03,
04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11 12, and 13 subject to Authorization proposed by
European Chemical Agency (ECHA) as per REACH Regulation EC No.1907/2006
requirement by using suitable analytical techniques namely GCMS, GCFID, ICP-OES,
LC- MSMS, UPLC-DAD and FTIR.
 Test Conclusion: The test item has been tested and found to comply with the
REACH regulation obligation as per the above para. The concentration of SVHC is
well within the limit (0.1% wt/wt). Hence, can claim exemption according to Article
59(10) for this part / product.
