Nature of work-
Overall responsibilities to running a smooth operation in QC Department.
Final decision maker all materials received for testing in QC with relation to Head Office.
Training, evaluates, develops & upgrades the Chemist.
Operational parameters and current quality levels are documented & approved, checking of all
dispatch COA before forwarding to the customer.
Continuous improvement is the focus while analyzing, reviewing & action of the data.
Showing the laboratory Environmental and quality of the product to foreign customer during visit
to Organization.
Guide to the QC Chemist to prepare SOP, calibration report & all ISO 9001, OHASAS & ISO 14001
documentation.
Calibration, standardization of Normal solution, control sample & NIST std solution.
Direct consults with Board of Directors regarding Quality improvement of Laboratory, new product
development, new instruments etc.
Amendments of the test procedures and specification as per International standards as like ACS,
SIGMA-Aldrich, Fluka and Merck etc.
Analytical method development on HPLC, GC, ICP-OES, AAS, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, Auto-
titrator, FTIR and small instruments.
Monitoring records & calibration of analytical instruments as per IP, BP, USP and ph. Eur and
manufactures guide.
Records of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ of all analytical instruments.
Instrumental analysis upgradation of exiting method is my regular activities.
Train chemists in their analysis problem of Raw material,Inprocess and Finished products of entire
range (more than 4500 fine chemicals,pharmaceuticals,bulk drug intermediate) of fine chemical
and discussion chemistry and analysis procedures of basic knowledge.
Trouble shooting of the test equipment’s and follows of measures.
Attend quality meeting of GM and managers.
Analysis of Raw materials and finished product as per standard specifications.
Preparation of monthly report, certification of Analysis.
Monthly intend for laboratory chemicals, Glassware’s, accessories and preparation of payment
advice and follow up with account dept.

2. Analysis of Inprocess samples from plant, pilot plant, product development and technical support
department. By GC, HPLC, UV-VIS specto, and regular classical (moisture content,pH, stability)
Presently we are preparing for NABL certification on Quality improvement Auditor for all ISO
17025
