Oracle Engineered Systems Support
Capgemini provides a global support model for Oracle Engineered
Systems. The global support exists out of local support teams in the
countries with a internal support model consisting out of the Global Centre
of Excellence (CoE) for Oracle Engineered Systems and the Global Oracle
Architect Office.
Centre of Excellence
Global CoE: The global Centre of Excellence for Oracle Engineered
Systems provides the Capgemini backbone for supporting customers with
Oracle Engineered Systems. The CoE works primarily from a central
RightShore location to support all Capgemini ES customers with the
support of local ES architects in the different geographical area’s for direct
customer contact.
Oracle Architect Office
Global OAO: The global Oracle Architect Office provides internal and
external thought leadership, guidance and direct support to customers and
Capgemini teams. The Global OAO is directly connected with the CoE and
architects from the Global OAO are in some cases also the local architect
representation of the Centre of Excelence
