 Bruegger’s have kept trained employees so that they are competent to
operate necessary equipment.
 The company operates with minimal inventory.
 Bruegger’s make bagel at Rs. 10 and sell for Rs. 50 or more
 Production of Bagels is done in batches.
 Production is done according to the flavor on daily basis.

Ans: Bruegger’s Bagel Bakery operates with a minimal amount of inventories at
the plant as well as their stores. The reasons for which Bruegger’s follows
it is due to the “ degree of freshness ” it adds to the final product at the
stores.
