ensure the system is tailored to
meet your specific needs.

installation are critical to project
success. Installation teams
specifically trained on your flooring
system will help you rest assured
that no corners are cut, or short-
cuts are taken.

4. WILL WHAT I BUY
BE WHAT I GET?
You may be surprised how many
customers don’t get what they pay
for.
Ask the supplier to review coverage
information, amounts used, etc.
If you buy a ¼” floor, make sure you
get a ¼” floor!
If you’re not 100% satisfied that you
have what you paid for, request a
core sample to see the finished
thickness.

5. CAN I GET REFERENCES
FROM RELIABLE SOURCES?
Hearing what others have to say
might make your decision a little
easier.
Ask for references in a facility and
environment similar to yours.
Your flooring supplier should be
happy to provide references from
your industry or any other industry
of interest.

6. IS THERE A WARRANTY AND
WHAT ABOUT SERVICE AFTER
THE SALE?
Request a written warranty, do your
homework and beware of the fine
print.
Your flooring consultant and
installation team should be local
and available should you need
them.
