Image credit: CUNY COSA Our Role: - Educate them on professional etiquette. - Help to redefine their stories/identity. - Play the mentor role! How? - In their space. - Understand why they are there. - Understand how they are using these channels. - Have an authentic voice! - Have a strategy! - Be open to change. - Content-driven, demonstrate values.
