neighbor rules and syntactic patterns. To improve the performance of these methods, we can
specially design exquisite, high–precision patterns. However, with an increase in corpus size, this
strategy is likely to miss more items and has lower recall. In this paper proposes a novel approach
based on the partially–supervised alignment model, which regards identifying opinion relations as
an alignment process. Compared to the traditional unsupervised alignment model, the proposed
model obtains better precision because of the usage of partial supervision. Compared to syntax–
based methods, our word alignment model effectively alleviates the negative effects of parsing
errors when dealing with informal online texts. The objective is to propose a method based on a

3.1 Overview of Recommendation for Change As mentioned throughout the previous section, Target
has a very comprehensive CSR program that covers most areas under this field. Because of this,
there is little for the company to do in regards to starting any new divisions within their CSR efforts;
therefore, I believe it would be most beneficial to fine–tune some of its programs to align with the
company's customer base more closely. Additionally, I believe some of Target's current CSR efforts
are rather broad and the company could benefit by really specializing within some of the areas and

is a local relief center for my hometown community, Hopkinton. They contain many projects that
are dedicated to helping as many men, women and children as possible, while providing dignity and
love from the heart in a caring environment. It is their goal to help families by being a resource for
