This document contains a question paper for a professional communication skills exam from April 2015. It consists of 6 questions, each with two optional parts. The questions cover a range of topics in professional communication including written and oral communication, business letters, reports, notices, and persuasive speeches. Students must choose one part from each question to answer. The paper tests students' knowledge of communication concepts and their ability to apply that knowledge to practical work-related communication tasks.
