The application of smart
exchange on the primary
school biological
education

 Target audience: the target audience is
the primary school student and the
target subject is biology.
z
There is a great amount of resources about insect
in the smart exchange which is available for the
educators to enrich their content.
z
When typing the ‘insect‘ in the searching
box, various results have been turned out.
The notebook lessons are
useful for adopting certain
effective lesson form in the
education.
Resources like 3D content,
gallery collections, images, PDF,
video and so forth are also
available.
zImage resource used in the first step of education:
there are various images in the smart exchange which involve many kinds of creatures
z
Second step: three-dimension image:
allows the students to get more interested and fuel their passion
z
Third step: outside research and observation
 It is important for the students to get to know the
creature in person in the nature when learning
biological creature. Thus, this course would give the
students chances to go outside the classroom and
find out the creatures by themselves.
z
Fourth step: group discussion and community
 There is a major function in the smart exchange as
the ‘community‘ whereby the educators in the same
field of research could share their ideas. This notion
is also going to be applied in this course designing in
which the educators are encouraging the students to
post their questions on the community and answer for
each other.
