New Team Health 2.0 Questions
• The main objective of this initiative is to:
• 1- Reduce the subjectivity of the questions which has resulted in a
some teams over-rating themselves with higher scores.
• 2- Make it easier for teams to determine where they are from a
maturity/fluency perspective within each competency (Crawl, Walk,
Run, Fly).
• 3- Reduce the number of overall questions while providing clarity in
each one so that teams spend more time discussion HOW they will
improve their target competencies.
• 4- Enables the scaling of the facilitator role.

New Team Health 2.0 Questions • The main objective of this initiative is to: • 1- Reduce the subjectivity of the questions which has resulted in a some teams over-rating themselves with higher scores. • 2- Make it easier for teams to determine where they are from a maturity/fluency perspective within each competency (Crawl, Walk, Run, Fly). • 3- Reduce the number of overall questions while providing clarity in each one so that teams spend more time discussion HOW they will improve their target competencies. • 4- Enables the scaling of the facilitator role. Editor's Notes

  1. Have every sub-team identify up to 2 or 3 growth items, then have the overall team vote on them (dot vote) and select only the top 2 or 3 for the next quarter. Remember to write the growth items in a quality format with acceptance criteria. This goes as well for the Organizational growth items.
