technology is overdue,we can be the firat one
to have the soup.
• -take the large market share
• -chang the producting industry
• -the 3D-printer belongs to Cultural and
Creative Industry and Innovation and
Technology ,we can get the government
support,eg.Innovation and Technology Fund
Weaknesses
• -The cost is high ( materials for 3D printing,
rent, advertisement fee, etc ) .
• -The safty of the product make by 3d-printer is
unsure.
• -According to the different material that 3d-
printer use,it take different production times.
It maybe need a long time.
• -3D-printer is danger because of the criminals
can use it to product weapons.
Threats
• -3D printing is becoming more and more
popular because of the copyright is overdue,
there will be great improvements on 3D
printing, we need to have new technology to
face this fast changing world, the cost will be
more and more expensive
• -there are no law restrict about the 3D-
printing,if the government set the limit on 3D-
printing,our production cost may increase

and the property companies. They may
produce models of their design by using our
3D printing. And we also welcome other
customers’ orders for 3D printing.

• 4.base the consumers' comment,adjust the
