Thissmallcompanyspecialisesinresidentialconstructionprojects,suchasbunga-
lows,terracehouses,condominiums,andapartments.

9. Ms.DizericontributedtothisprojectasaSiteDirectoraswellasconstructtheplan
ofthebuilding.Developmentstartedinearly2007,andcompletedin2010.This
wasoneofhermostchalllengingprojectsbecauseshealsotookupadifferentrole
astheProjectManager,whichwasoutsideofherexpertiseasanArchitect.She
wasresponsiblefortheplanning,executingandclosingoftheproject.

dealingwithagroup
