1. 1. Brief description of SVS
‘Sampoorna Vidya Darshini’(SVS) is the flagship program of Guntur district administration with
main objective to enhance quality of education and contribute towards all round personality
development of the children in government-run schools in the district..
Prior to implementation of SVS the performance of the schools is measured only in terms of results of
Class X, which is not an ideal bench mark to judge the academic standards. The present system ensures
continuous assessment of standards of students of all classes.

• Monitoring of Data entry: Data Management team has been formed with 2 nodal
officers and 2 Team members
• Infrastructure for Data entry: School complexes with computers and internet were
identified and Resource persons services utilized for data entry.
