A PRESENTATION OF PROJECT PHASE -1
ON
2. INTRODUCTION:
In earlier days projects were simple & of short duration (1-3 yrs.)
With Increasing population &globalization ,demand in industry is increasing resulting in more n more complex design in building sector.
Second largest industry of our country.
Traditional methods are becoming ineffective
Hence use of algorithms , software's comes into existence. It solves
1. what activities are to be done?
2. who has to perform?
3. how to perform?
3. SOFTWARE:
PRIMAVERA generally known as P-6 is a software developed by the ORACLE corporation.
It helps the project manager to efficiently manage large & complex projects with accuracy
and precision.
It helps to satisfy the needs of each participant, stakeholder ,their responsibility & skills.
It includes features like Gantt chart, cost histograms ,network charts & resource allocation
tools.
P-6 helps in
1. planning
2. scheduling
3. cost control
4. reporting.

8. POSSIBLE OUTCOME:
7/1/20XX
1. Resource optimization is achieved.
2. Risk & its sources are identified.
3. Risk assessment approach is been identified.
4. High exposure risks are sorted.
5. risk is mitigated and controlled.
