Meditation: What it is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• An ordinary person may consider a meditation as a
worship or prayer. But it is not so.
• Meditation means awareness. What you do with
awareness in meditation.
• “Watching your breath” is meditation, “listening to
birds voice” is a meditation.
• It describes a state of consciousness.
How to Meditate?
• Choose a peaceful environment.
• Wear comfortable dress.
• Desire how long you want to meditate.
• Sit in a comfortable position.
• Close your eyes.
Preparing to Meditate
• Meditating should be practiced somewhere calming and
peaceful.
• Avoid distracting your mind with outside stimuli, this will
enable you to focus exclusively.
• Try to wear loose clothing, make sure remove your shoes.
• Wear a sweater if you plan on meditation some place cool.
• Before you begin, you should desire how long you going to
meditate.
• As seated above it is very important that while comfortable
while you meditate.
• Most important thing is that you are comfortable and relaxed
with closed eyes.
Tips for Meditation
• Choose a convenient time.
• Choose a quite place.
• Sit in a comfortable posture.
• Keep a relatively empty stomach.
• Start with a few warm-ups.
• Take a few deep breaths.
• Keep a gentle smile on your face.
• Open your eyes slowly and gentle.
