• An ordinary person may consider a meditation as a
worship or prayer. But it is not so.
• Meditation means awareness. What you do with
awareness in meditation.
• “Watching your breath” is meditation, “listening to
birds voice” is a meditation.
• It describes a state of consciousness.
3. How to Meditate?
• Choose a peaceful environment.
• Wear comfortable dress.
• Desire how long you want to meditate.
• Sit in a comfortable position.
• Close your eyes.
4. Preparing to Meditate
• Meditating should be practiced somewhere calming and
peaceful.
• Avoid distracting your mind with outside stimuli, this will
enable you to focus exclusively.
• Try to wear loose clothing, make sure remove your shoes.
• Wear a sweater if you plan on meditation some place cool.
• Before you begin, you should desire how long you going to
meditate.

5. Tips for Meditation

• Sit in a comfortable posture.
