1. Designation : Business Analyst (Inside Sales)

Position Description :
* Interact with customer business and user functions, to understand customer problem, assess size of
problem. Conceptualize solutions.
* Articulate and present it well for customers - convince them on our approach and value prop .
* To support sales in getting business orders closure.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
* Interact with customer business and user functions, to understand customer problem, assess size of
problem and conceptualize solutions.
* Articulate and present it well for customers - convince them on our approach and value prop.
* To Support prospective customer’s requirement understanding and help sales for sizing of project.
* Support BID /Proposal team in getting clarification on requirements from customer and define minimum
specification required.
Key Accountabilities :
* Successfully acquiring of new business order from customer – by convincing customer on solution
approach and value prop.
* Create customer problem statement and approach note. Build strong recall in Customer mind. Present
well.
* Assist sales team in opportunity validation and qualification.
Job Description :
* Measure Hit Ratio (improve success ratio of closures) – For every 10 bids submitted – how many closed.
* Technical B2B IT solution creation.
Job Requirements :
* Travel flexibility.
* Work from client location.
