Left Object Detection sends warnings if unattended objects,
like unattended luggage, are left on the scene for a period of time.
Virtual Fence Detection perceives intrusions when suspicious objects/people
pass a predefined line or proceed the wrong way in single direction entrance.
Secure Zone Detection alarms when intrusions occur in one or more predefined
forbidden zones.

remote video monitoring, operators are standing by around the clock, monitoring your
cameras from their state of the art Command Center located in Dallas. Some customers
utilize the service only during off-hours.
The center is staffed with trained, licensed operators who are ready to respond to crisis
situation, communicate with law enforcement and ultimately catch criminals. When there is
a breach, your security cameras transmit directly to ZYcom’s Command Center via an
encrypted high speed link. ZYcom Operators will determine if there is an actual crime and
then contact local law enforcement within seconds of the criminal being
detected. Sophisticated artificial intelligence detects humans. ZYcom provides an accurate
description of the criminal along with video clips and still images that assist police
(admissible in a court of law). Video of these events are stored in ZYcom’s data center for a
year, ensuring that the evidence is always available.

activity is being monitored and audio and video are being recorded.
After assessing that all appears normal, the IS will direct the customer
to leave or enter the premises, depending on the situation.
The IS will remotely watch the customer until a predetermined event such as
driving away in their car, or until the customer alerts the IS that he or she
is no longer needed.

I have been in the security business
in the DFW Metroplex for over ten years.
• After speaking with clients, friends and business associates, no one that I
have spoken to has been aware that Dallas has a TOTAL CRIME RATE
PER CAPITA rate THREE times higher than New York City. In 2002, Dallas
had 9346 crimes per 100,000 citizens while NYC had only 3140 crimes per
100,000 citizens (lowest in the nation).
