It solves the problem of the torque loss that may be caused by the variation in the joint
hardness while bolting or the rise in temperature of hydraulic fluid in pulse tools or the
posture of holding the tool during continuous operation and compensates the dynamic

2.4 Torque Sensing & Transmitting Socket with Reader– TTR/TSR
The patented socket designed for sensing and transmitting the torque signal to the
Torque Controller – TCA/TCB for real time closed loop torque control. While applying
to the innovative Tagged Bolt-TB or Sensing Bolt-SB, not only the bolting sequence can
be programmed in the Torque Controller for selected stages of bolting by sequence,

Warranty
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of ZIPP® GROUP.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from ZIPP® GROUP
(the "Physical Goods") or ZIPP® GROUP authorized agents.
What does this limited warranty cover?
1. The Limited Warranty is applicable to all torque control products presented by ZIPP® GROUP.
2. During the warranty period, all software update is free of charge.
3. During the Warranty Period, ZIPP® GROUP will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a
product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and
maintenance.
4. This Limited Warranty is transferable.
What will we do to correct problems?
1. ZIPP® GROUP will repair the Product at no charge within the warranty period, using new replacement
parts or exchange for a new product.
2. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1
Year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
How long does the coverage last?
1. The Limited Warranty for the Torque Controller and other relevant products are all with one year from
the date of purchasing.
2. For the Torque Transducers,
a. It’s one year from the date of purchasing or within 100,000 cycles in static use with manual torque
tools and
b. 100,000 cycles in dynamic use with any air torque tools under the indicated vibration level of 15 or
the specified maximum torque limit.
3. Unless otherwise specified, 1 year warranty for new purchase products and 3 months for service parts.
4. Above terms exclude normal consuming components such as the battery.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or
modification- damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightening, flood,
or another natural disaster- Theft or loss of the Physical Goods ZIPP® GROUP will pay for shipping
charges.
Customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to us.
What do you have to do?
1. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most
appropriate solution for you.
2. Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of
protection, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address
specified by ZIPP® GROUP.
