daily, weekly, both scheduling and projecting.
• Worked and managed training for staff and hourly, while also mentored and developed
competent field supervisors, Craft Training Coordinator, and Contractor Safety Trainers,
• Took Refinery Facilities Revamps and Control room remodels, and Shop Remodels as part
New Construction Crew for cost savings and improved delivery for refinery maintenance
