Wates Sustainable Technologies Services supports the uptake of innovative sustainable solutions through a structured decision support framework and green dragon den style events. The framework helps multiple stakeholders with complex decision problems select innovations to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs. Wates also supports customers in setting sustainability objectives and implementing innovations. Suppliers benefit from opportunities to pitch their products and from Wates facilitating customer selection and trials with their clients. Going forward, Wates plans to hold biannual internal and customer innovation competitions and events to promote market-ready low carbon solutions for commercial buildings.
