Organizational culture can be broken into subparts
              which is comprised of

  Enculturation: The process of how one
  learns the perspective of culture.


  Acculturation: The ways your culture is
  modified by exposure to other cultures.

  The YWCA is the oldest and largest
multicultural women's organization in the
                 world.


  The YWCA’s mission to eliminate racism
  and empower women. We provide safe
  places for women and girls, build strong
 women leaders, and advocate for women's

                  Horizontal networking.

       Organize more employee meetings to avoid
misunderstandings and unclear information that comes from
  non-verbal communication. Give each employee a color
personality quiz that is part of a code of ethics. Based on the
   answers, the results are categorized in colors that will
            disclose the employee’s personality.

           The Color Code Personality Test

           This test helps with the process of
       horizontal networking . It allows coworkers
to understand each others personalities and work ethics.


           REDS are motivated by POWER.

         BLUES are motivated by INTIMACY.

          WHITES are motivated by PEACE.

           YELLOWS are motivated by FUN.
Action Plan and Recommendations

            Diversity in the organization


     By having more diversity we want to
     include men in the organization. By
     encouraging men to get involved we reach
     the goal that they will support for women in
     the organization who look for protection
     against abuses done by men.
