THE BANYAN DEER

2. MAIN POINTS
 A Buddha was born as a Banyan Deer and was
the leader of his herd.
 The new King loved hunting and lots of innocent
animals were killed.
 The Deers had a lottery and whoever’s name
would come would sacrifice their lives.
 Then once the Banyan Deer sacrificed his life for
a doe who was having a baby.
 In the end the king realized that he had done
something wrong and then he stopped killing
animals.
 And everyone lived Happily.

3. THE MORAL OF THE STORY
 We should never kill innocent lives.
 We should sacrifice for others.
 We should be kind to everyone.
 We should always take decisions wisely.
