Land grant colleges were established to provide practical skills training to farmers, mechanics and other tradesmen (Hertz, 2013). Providing education in innovation, entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship can prepare both students and adult learners for well-paying careers in the place based economy.
Placemaking as an economic development strategy, also called place-based economic development, is the practice of using a community’s public amenities to make economic progress. This approach focuses on the unique features of particular places, building on existing assets, such as arts, cultural amenities, parks, architectural design, open spaces, lakes or walkable streets to create a strong bond between people and the places they live , contributing to the appeal of these places to live, work, engage and socialize. The goal is to create a platform for collaboration between NGOs, students, governments, and corporations to address social, economic, environmental, and energy issues important for sustainability. Volunteers will share knowledge and work with NGOs to create awareness campaigns and connect communities in need through education, ICT, and motivation. Success will be measured by the number of people educated on issues and written reports submitted by volunteers on activities and campaigns.

This expansion could take the form of a ‘knowledge economy” update on the land grant college model. Land grant colleges were established to provide practical skills training to farmers, mechanics and other tradesmen (Hertz, 2013). Providing education in innovation, entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship can prepare both students and adult learners for well-paying careers in the place based economy.
Placemaking as an economic development strategy, also called place-based economic development, is the practice of using a community’s public amenities to make economic progress. This approach focuses on the unique features of particular places, building on existing assets, such as arts, cultural amenities, parks, architectural design, open spaces, lakes or walkable streets to create a strong bond between people and the places they live , contributing to the appeal of these places to live, work, engage and socialize. Effective placemaking strategies can also attract investment and be a catalyst for entrepreneurial innovation (Ivacko & Horner, 2014), as well as enhance the attraction of young millennial, college-aged students to a particular location.

The recent surge in pro-Palestine student activism has prompted significant responses from universities, ranging from negotiations and divestment commitments to increased transparency about investments in companies supporting the war on Gaza. This activism has led to the cessation of student encampments but also highlighted the substantial sacrifices made by students, including academic disruptions and personal risks. The primary drivers of these protests are poor university administration, lack of transparency, and inadequate communication between officials and students. This study examines the profound emotional, psychological, and professional impacts on students engaged in pro-Palestine protests, focusing on Generation Z's (Gen-Z) activism dynamics. This paper explores the significant sacrifices made by these students and even the professors supporting the pro-Palestine movement, with a focus on recent global movements. Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions. The study also discusses the broader implications of this activism, comparing it to historical precedents and assessing its potential to influence policy and public opinion. The emotional and psychological toll on student activists is significant, but their sense of purpose and community support mitigates some of these challenges. However, the researchers call for acknowledging the broader Impact of these sacrifices on the future global movement of FreePalestine.

Because multiple clients may inquire about the same product at the same time, after purchasing those products, customers must be assigned to them. Odoo has a tool called Reception Report that can be used to complete this assignment. By enabling this, a reception report comes automatically after confirming a receipt, from which we can assign products to orders.

- 2. Idea description This idea is based on inclusion of community development into the educational curriculum of the IEDC School of Business and Management. The solution is focused on that students make reflexive analyzes of developing countries comparing them with developed ones in order to identify its principal needs in terms of business education and management. IEDC students will work along with rural communities of developing countries to offer them basic knowledge of resource management and enterprise establishment. This enables people from developing countries to learn about sustainability, leadership, entrepreneurship and development supported by IEDC students that will also improve their better understanding of sustainability while developing sustainable projects in rural communities to face the most emerging issues of the living context.
- 3. Objectives To increase awareness of current disparity between developed and -in growth economies of the world. To promote relationships between IEDC students of economy, finance and management with social entrepreneurs of developing countries to generate sustainable projects of change in these communities.
