We will create an app, designed to incentivize community
engagement and increase moral consciousness.
The app starts with every user at point 0 on a moral
compass, symbolizing the beginning of their journey
towards making a positive impact in their community. As
users participate in organized events and community works,
they will earn points, turning their compass green and
showcasing their progress in the app. Those interested in
organizing an event can access a form within the app or use
a telephone number directly connected with Nadace VIA.
To encourage creativity and generate more ideas, users can
add their own events to the map, earning additional points.
Furthermore, we've included small "quests" to help those
who may be hesitant to engage. Simple tasks like helping
someone or donating a small amount of money to those in
need can be done immediately through the app.
Our carefully selected TikTok influencers will promote the
app, hosting live streams of events and encouraging their
followers to join and donate to the cause. Influencers will also
share short videos on their Instagram reels and TikTok,
using the #moralcompass to further promote engagement.
By incorporating gamification elements such as challenges,
rewards, and competition, we aim to increase engagement
and incentivize our target group to showcase their progress
to peers, creating a positive chain reaction. Join us on this
journey towards making a difference in the world.
We'll collaborate with TikTok influencers who are passionate
about our cause and have a substantial following. They'll
showcase the app's impact by live streaming events and
encouraging followers to engage or donate. Our goal is to
increase visibility and inspire more people to get involved.
Our strategy to enhance app awareness and promote
downloads involves utilizing short videos and stories
advertised primarily on TikTok and Instagram. Our approach
leverages influencer-generated content, including stories and
compilation videos, on these social media platforms,
accompanied by a link for app downloads. Upon receiving
engagement, we intend to incorporate user-generated
content and their experiences to inspire others to adopt our
platform.

In the Czech Republic, there are over two million TikTok
users, with the majority belonging to Generation Z.
Research on Generation Z's screen time habits indicates that
71% of teenagers spend three or more hours per day
watching videos, 52% use messaging apps for over three
hours a day, and 42% spend three or more hours daily
playing games.
Although many members of Generation Z are interested in
joining communities that align with their values and
interests, some may not be aware of the available
opportunities for in-person connections and community
involvement in the Czech Republic.
To bridge this gap and connect the digital world with real-life
opportunities, we aim to provide important information in a
fun and engaging way through an app, creating the perfect
opportunity for Generation Z to get involved in their
communities.

HOW IT WORKS
Gen Z is a tech-savvy and digitally native generation that
values authenticity, transparency, and social justice. They
are always looking for new and exciting ways to engage
with brands. By incorporating innovative digital marketing
strategies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, and
gamification, we can capture their attention and create a
lasting impression.
In line with these strategies we decided to create an app
with a map of events and a reward point system. Which will
be promoted by TikTok influencers through TikTok and
Instagram social media.

As users participate in organized events and community works, they will earn points, turning their compass green and showcasing their progress in the app. Those interested in organizing an event can access a form within the app or use a telephone number directly connected with Nadace VIA. To encourage creativity and generate more ideas, users can add their own events to the map, earning additional points. Furthermore, we've included small "quests" to help those who may be hesitant to engage. Simple tasks like helping someone or donating a small amount of money to those in need can be done immediately through the app. Our carefully selected TikTok influencers will promote the app, hosting live streams of events and encouraging their followers to join and donate to the cause. Influencers will also share short videos on their Instagram reels and TikTok, using the #moralcompass to further promote engagement. By incorporating gamification elements such as challenges, rewards, and competition, we aim to increase engagement and incentivize our target group to showcase their progress to peers, creating a positive chain reaction. Join us on this journey towards making a difference in the world. We'll collaborate with TikTok influencers who are passionate about our cause and have a substantial following.
