2. Why India is Young???
• More than 40% of total population of India.
around 460 millions youth, in which 333millions are literate
• Majority of Indian youth believe that education is everything and it will to
build career bright.
• youth form 18% of the world population.
• But in case of India, 65% of the population is youth. So India stands to gain
from the ‘youth bulge’. The working population of India is expected to
grow by more than 47 million by 2020

4. CHINA (YOUTH)
• young generations in China are more
individualistic, more consumerist, less
obedient, and more knowledgeable
about the world.
• More open-minded, better informed
about the outside world, less politically
indoctrinated, and more entrepreneurial
in economic activities.
• very energetic and talented people
emerging as social, economic, and
political elites at global level.
5. U.S (YOUTH)
• US government provide
opportunities for youth to
enhance their interests, skills, and
abilities into their adulthoods
• U.S. teens work part-time,
socialize, and party. But the
independence and social skills
they develop give them a big
advantage when they join the
workforce. They learn to
experiment, challenge norms, and
take risks. They innovate from the
get-go.

youth is a current major concern
6. Russian youth
• Widespread feeling of
insecurity despite good
economic results.
• High level of intolerance
and growing nationalism.
• Gender differences exist on
some issues, but they have
no significant influence on
anomie.
7. Challenges to Young Indian
• Indian youngster will have to answer four major questions:
• What is my passion and strength?
• Will I sustain and build career accordingly?
• Where is my career going?
• willing to work hard and long, but the workplace must be fun.
• Employment.
• Gaps in education, skill and vocational training is one of the largest our
country faces.
• No longer enough for organizations to provide on-the-job training.
• To Survive in Dynamic and Competitive Indian market.
