2. PERSONAL LIFE
Virat kohli was born on 5 November 1988 in delhi
to prem and saroj kohli.
Kohli attended school at vishal bharti and savier
convet delhi.
His father worked as a lawyer and died in
December 2006.
3. EARLY CAREER
The West Delhi Cricket Academy was created in 1988 and
kohli was part of its first intake.
Kohli first came into the spotlight when he played for delhi in
a ranji trophy match against Karnataka on the of his father’s
death. And then choosing to stay and bat, he went on to
score 90 runs.
That is an act of great commitment to the team an his
innings turned out to be crucial.
4. INTERNATIONAL CAREER
Kohli made his one day international(ODI) debue in 2008 and
was part of indian team which won 2011 world cup.
Regular performance in ODI made him make debue in test
side in 2011 against west indies.
Currently he his full time captain of indain team in all three
formats of cricket.
He has currently world rank of 2nd in tests, 2nd in ODI, and 1st
in T-20.
