CAMPAIGN SUMMARY
ABOUT THE
#rightdecision
The AIESEC campaign to recruit the right people.
We are focusing on University newbies, who
are ambitious, care about their career and
want to make impact on society. They want to
do something, related to business, but they do
not know where, when and how to start.
Their primary motivation is not money, as
they are funded by parents during their
studies. They are stuck a little.
So we decide to run campaign, which simply
tells them: “Start with the #rightdecision”.
Which means to stop wasting time by doing
senseless stuff and join AIESEC where you can
do more meaningful things you can be
interested in.
”

Campaign works with unified quotes, which use the same structure for different formats and also rhymes to be catchy. They always connect most common
time-wasting activities (relevant to placement) with our inspirational quotes related to AIESEC strongest benefits - business, lifelong connections and help.
We start to strike the audience with set of
motivational quotes showing they can do
something better than just “scroll down
Facebook”. We understand they want to
do the first step, but they are stuck.
We confront their wasting of
time/talent/potential with their own
dreams using motivational quotes on
social media and tell them they have a
choice to do something meaningful for
their future career, find new contacts and
help other people as well.
Young students (18-24 years old) can make
the #rightdecision, join AIESEC and start
fulfilling their potential.
SOLUTION
We have prepared the set of branded
quotes for most used social media -
Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
Content is made with rhymes to be more
catchy. We always confront relevant
motivational topics to respective
platforms' bad habits (scrolling, following,
chatting,..).
We also use geo-targeting on specific
Universities and use local sites to deliver
them personalised content regarding their
typical topics (VŠE - vseborec.cz).
As AIESEC has many partners, they can
contribute to the campaign and create
tailor-made content (Forbes).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1st grade students would like to do
something related to business, help
society and extend their real-life social
network. But they are stuck and do not
know where to start.
Instead of that, they spend most of their
spare time on Social media and wasting
their time, talent and potential.
So, let's make them do the #rightdecision
and confront their life and dreams.

  • 2. ABOUT THE #rightdecision The AIESEC campaign to recruit the right people. We are focusing on University newbies, who are ambitious, care about their career and want to make impact on society. They want to do something, related to business, but they do not know where, when and how to start. Their primary motivation is not money, as they are funded by parents during their studies. They are stuck a little. So we decide to run campaign, which simply tells them: “Start with the #rightdecision”. Which means to stop wasting time by doing senseless stuff and join AIESEC where you can do more meaningful things you can be interested in. ” #rightdecisionYL18_DIGITAL_02 Campaign works with unified quotes, which use the same structure for different formats and also rhymes to be catchy. They always connect most common time-wasting activities (relevant to placement) with our inspirational quotes related to AIESEC strongest benefits - business, lifelong connections and help.
  • 3. We start to strike the audience with set of motivational quotes showing they can do something better than just “scroll down Facebook”. We understand they want to do the first step, but they are stuck. We confront their wasting of time/talent/potential with their own dreams using motivational quotes on social media and tell them they have a choice to do something meaningful for their future career, find new contacts and help other people as well. Young students (18-24 years old) can make the #rightdecision, join AIESEC and start fulfilling their potential. SOLUTION We have prepared the set of branded quotes for most used social media - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube. Content is made with rhymes to be more catchy. We always confront relevant motivational topics to respective platforms' bad habits (scrolling, following, chatting,..). We also use geo-targeting on specific Universities and use local sites to deliver them personalised content regarding their typical topics (VŠE - vseborec.cz). As AIESEC has many partners, they can contribute to the campaign and create tailor-made content (Forbes). HOW DOES IT WORK? 1st grade students would like to do something related to business, help society and extend their real-life social network. But they are stuck and do not know where to start. Instead of that, they spend most of their spare time on Social media and wasting their time, talent and potential. So, let's make them do the #rightdecision and confront their life and dreams.
