16. NSE/BSE graph showing the value of YES BANK PVT. LTD. Share
price from date of incorporation to present time…!
Initially YES BANK was growing from date of incorporation, but after the latest news
flashed on fraud arises by CG technologies group, in which yes bank was having majority
of shares.
This leads to a 20 percent of downfall in yes bank share prices and it is still reducing.
Technical Analysis of Share price if YES BanK…!
17. Fraud happened in YES BANK PVT. LTD. …!
Share price of YES BANK LTD. Is going down because, its not only all the
time NPAs are responsible for Falling of any bank, it is seen that,
promoters also play a major role in banks growth. when Rana Kapoor
resigned on 3rd Oct 2019 the share prices of Yes bank Pvt. Ltd. Reduces
drastically indicating that promoters also plays a very important in bank’s
growth.
Another problem with Yes Bank Ltd. Was of under stating of losses or
over stating of profits of bank. Yes bank always understates its losses just
to show a positive and a growing image to general public and promoters and
also stake holders.
Private lender Yes Bank fell nearly seven per cent during trade due to
corporate fraud at CG Power and Industrial Solutions. Yes Bank has a
significant stake in CG Power and Industrial Solutions. Yes Bank shares
traded 6.91% lower at ₹71.40 a share, thus suffers collateral damage.
(reported in August 2019) involving amount of fraud of about Rs. 4,000
crores.
1) Unauthorised transactions
2) Loans without authorisation
18. Fraud happened in YES BANK PVT. LTD. …! (CASE)
There was another big fraud seen in Yes bank in September, 2017 it is stating that Sumer
radius, promotors failed to repay loan of amount Rs. 479 crores on a residential project in
avenue, 54 in Santacruz
As project was jointly taken by Builder sanjay Chhabria of radious developer and Ramesh
shah of sumer group.
Promoter group also said that they will arrange unpaid amount by rasing capital from foreign
investors as well, but there is nothing seen yet for repayment of principal and interest amount.
Property was being sold at an average hefty value of 55,000 sq. ft.
For this yes bank has issued a possession notice, “stating yes bank has taken possession of
the property until borrower to repay interest and principal amount of loan, and also warned
public not to buy/deal with this property.
The mala fide intention of developer was to deny the rights and to fulfil its obligations, is
evident by fact that, plan approved for avenue, 54 is not showing any single flat measuring up
to 600 sq. ft., and for this, case is filed in High Court in august, 2018. and case is still
going.
19. LATEST NEWS…!
NPA rise
Gross non-performing assets (NPAs) saw a huge surge, jumping over four-fold to Rs
17,134 crore as against Rs 3,866 crore in the corresponding period of the previous

Q2FY20.

Excluding this one-time hit, adjusted profit was Rs. 109 crore.
The lender had posted Rs 964.70 crore profit in the corresponding quarter last year.
This was the second biggest loss for the bank since its listing which was of Rs. 1,506.60
crore loss in March quarter in 2019.
Yes Bank Pvt. Ltd. Has reported Rs. 600 crores in Quarter 2 on tax hit, denoting
asset quality to get worsens in future as well…!
It has also seen that, YES BANK PVT. LTD. Was having a profit of Rs. 964.70
crores in corresponding quarter previous year…!
20. Questioner based reviews…!
From the above graph, it is showing that these all are the additional facilities being provided
by banks to its customers.
From the above graph, it is showing that in 2008-2009 there were very few facilities provided
by banks to its customers.
From the above graph, it is showing that yes bank was on 4th position in financial year
2008-2009
From the above chart, it is showing that by sept, 2017 yes bank started issuing multi
currency travel card to its customers.
From the above graph, it is showing that yes bank is having very less branches as
compared to others, just because they want to capture selected group only.
From the above graph, it is showing about yes first savings account.
21. We think, the bank had some challenges with the divergence subject in the past. As
far as we believe, the bank has also done a lot to be able to correct that, but
unfortunately the past is something which we are not able to simply correct. We still
believe that what we did was in the bank’s best judgement. However, we always must
regard the regulatory judgment on top management of yes bank.
Conclusion…!
There is one of the best management teams in the country in banking in India that
you can find at Yes Bank. I know these people personally. They have extensive
experience in their respective areas of field, whether it is retail banking, corporate
banking, underwriting, markets and technology.
Thus in short if nothing is done on an immediate effect, then this bank will looses
its share in the banking sector of the country.
