    Led the vendor compliance initiative for the logistics department by establishing relationships and tracking vendor’s
         operational progress. Increased truckload and small package vendor compliance by 40% and 46% respectively.
    Designed a process to capture and analyze the capacity constraints of carriers for 37 distribution centers to
         facilitate the negotiations with carriers. The savings opportunities were estimated at $3 million dollars.
    Identified and researched bid lanes that needed a primary carrier. Discovered an estimated savings of $1 million
         dollars.
    Optimized facility-store assignments for distribution centers that saved $2 million dollars.
    Identified potential savings of a $500,000 dollars and a 30% reduction of miles traveled in one Home Depot store
         market for the centralized fulfillment delivery network.
    Led, managed, and outlined the project timeline for the pickup, transit, and delivery of reset displays for store resets
         that were valued at over $5 million dollars. Introduced pool distributions to the resets that decreased the amount of
