The World Trade Organization (WTO) is the only global international organization dealing with the rules of trade between nations. It was established in 1995 and is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. The WTO has 159 member countries and oversees trade agreements and trade disputes between members. It aims to ensure a smooth process for international trade and resolve trade issues between countries.
