The Micro Integrator offers integration capabilities from simple message routing to complex systems. It supports protocol switching to allow communication between applications that use different protocols. It can be used to build both centralized, monolithic integrations as a central layer connecting all systems, and decentralized, cloud-native integrations due to its lightweight and container-friendly nature.

Protocol switching
The Micro Integrator offers a wide range of integration capabilities from simple
message routing to complicated systems that use integrated solutions. Different
applications typically use different protocols for communication. Therefore, for two
systems to successfully communicate, it is necessary to switch the protocol (that
passes from one system) to the protocol compatible with the receiving application.

Building Centralized, Monolithic integrations¶
The heart of WSO2 Micro Integrator is an event-driven, standards-based messaging
engine (the Bus), which supports message routing, message transformations, and
other types of messaging use cases. If your organization uses an API-driven,
centralized, integration architecture, WSO2 Micro Integrator can be used as the
central integration layer that implements the message mediation logic connecting all
the systems, data, events, APIs, etc. in your integration ecosystem.

WSO2 Micro Integrator is also light-weight and container friendly. This allows you
to leverage the comprehensive enterprise messaging capabilities of WSO2 Micro

Many real-time systems are naturally distributed and these distributed systems require not only highavailability but also timely execution of transactions. Consequently, eventual consistency, a weaker type of strong consistency is an attractive choice for a consistency level. Unfortunately, standard eventual consistency, does not contain any real-time considerations. In this paper we have extended eventual consistency with real-time constraints and this we call real-time eventual consistency. Followed by this new definition we have proposed a method that follows this new definition. We present a new algorithm using revision diagrams and fork-join data in a real-time distributed environment and we show that the proposed method solves the problem.
