The Penang Undergraduate Association of University of Malaya is organizing a community service project in Perkampungan Berapit from May 29 to June 5, 2011. They are requesting sponsorship to fund the event, which aims to foster relationships between university students and the rural community. Contributions will significantly aid in assisting and educating the villagers and enhance the sponsor's image through the program.

We are pleased to inform you that Penang Undergraduate Association of University Of Malaya is
organizing a community service project in a village located at Perkampungan Berapit, Bukit
Mertajam from 29th
May 2011 till 5th
June 2011.
2. Referring to the matter above, we would like to raise fund in order to organize our yearly
community service and educational project. The main objective of this project is to reach out and get
to know the rural community and to foster good relationship by assigning university students to the
adopted families in the village.
3. This charity programme infuses mutually bond among the undergraduates and the villagers.
There will also be a deep involvement by undergraduates as this is a grand event. It will present the
sponsor’s image in a magnificent and successful way not only to the undergraduates but also to the
hundreds of villagers we are going to visit.
4. Therefore, we are inviting your company to support and sponsors this community service
project as your generous contribution is very much needed to make this project a success. Sponsorship
can be given in terms of cash, sponsorship in kind, advertisement and etc.
