(a) That under the facts and circumstances of the matter the complainant has no
cause of action to file the instant complain, as such the same is liable to dismissed.
(b) That the complainant intentionally and Malafidely stating false story.
(c) That it is a case of no evidence and in absence of any proof or evidence
regarding allegations of the complainant hence the instant complaint is not
maintainable.
(d) That the contents of all paras of the complaint have been read over and
explained to vehemently deny all the averments made therein being false,
concocted, fabricated, frivolous, misconceived and vexatious, which are contrary
to this stand and not specifically admitted by him.

nearly 300 (past and current ) employees of BCG,
that letter was written and signed by the
complainant himself and leveled baseless and

him in immerse pressure by defaming him and to
create panic and confusion amongst his office

The dialogues between Mehvish lawyer and her
father failed and she was taken away by her father
( complainant) who used force and attacked and
damaged her apartment located near Salt &
Pepper Village Sea View and the complainant
was present on the location of incident along one
unknown man when police arrived as Mehvish
called 15 for the help. The SHO Dharkhashan
Police Station had a dialogue with the
complainant in the presence of her lawyer but it
was declared a family matter Mehvish and was
taken to Peshawar by the complainant. During that
event accused was called by Mehvish for her
protection, therefore he brought his licensed
pistols for his self-defense but the complainant
forced him to leave from there without his
belongings that includes his weapons, original
licenses and extra clips, along with other
belongings like mobile, laptop, wallet, credit
cards, car keys etc.

Mehvish was admitted to Dost Foundation
Peshawer, an NGO dedicated to rehabilitate drugs
users. Mehvish was tested positive, she was
admitted for treatment and her father (the
complainant) stayed along with her as her
attendant.

weapons but eventually all talks failed as the

Feb 15, 2018
Mehvish contract with the company ended and
she was asked to handover all the company
belongings she was keeping with her that includes
one laptop, xbox one console, 2 cell phones. It is
highly important to mention here that there was
unusual delay by the complainant, first he asked
the company representative in Islamabad to get
the stuff next day i.e. 16th of Feb however the
equipment were not handed over on that day
instead it took 5 more days for the complainant to
handover company property.

account (alvi.mehvish81@gmail.com) emails
started coming on accused company email address
that is dt@backcheckgroup.com. When checked it
appeared that Mehvish added his company email
in her Facebook as secondary email. On enquiry it
was accepted by Mehvish that she added my email
– email communication screenshots attached.

Whatsapp chat with Mehvish in which she was
once again requested by accused to return
weapons or pay compensation to end this chapter
forever however once again Mehvish derailed the
talks

Another chat with Mehvish to follow-up on
weapons as she got job in NUST so the accused
wanted to settle this dispute in minimum possible
but once again Mehvish left no other choice. After
this talk Mehvish completely got disconnected
from the accused and disappeared from him…
immediately she started emergency cleaning and
started deleting her mailboxes and chats histories
and recreated her clean email accounts with all
data purged from all sources– Now from such acts
it is clear that they have decided to involve
someone to deal with the accused and before that
she was cleaning her mess however this whole
scenario was captured in screenshots as of how
things got changed… how Gmail emails and
hangout chats were purged to clean her digital
footsteps before starting a fresh chapter of
harassment and spreading terror in my family by
using their contacts in agencies . This mindset
destroyed Pakistan and made us corrupt when we
misuse our authority just for the sake of our ego.

July 2018
A new series of attacks started by the complainant
and this time using FIA by lodging a fake
complaint. On 14th July accused family received
an order of attendance U/C 160 C.r.P.C from FIA
Cyber Crime Rawalpindi Zone bearing Enquiry
number 154/2018 and addressed to accused’s ex-
wife Noreen Danish who is not living on the
mentioned address since almost 2 years and taken
Khula through family court early this year. The
Telenor number 03452130920 reported by the
complainant to FIA was in the use of accused till
February 2018 when it was blocked by Norren
after she got Khula as that number was on her
name and CNIC. However the complainant seems
not updated and provided that old mobile number
to FIA assuming it was in my use so it would be
on my name however this misinformation or

mistake brings doubt on the merit of such a
complaint as per the guidelines laid down in the
FIA Standing Order 01/2018 for verifications
proceedings of complaint.
August 2018
The complainant came to know about this mistake
and in rectification the accused received similar
order in same enquiry on his name on 8th of
August 2018 but this time it was sent from the
Assistant Director and along with accused
residence address this time the order was also sent
to accused’s office address which resulted in
panic and fear amongst my office staff . When
the first order was successfully delivered at his
residence address then what is the reason of
sending that new order on his office address? It
can only be termed as the same old tactics used by
Mumtaz family in their ongoing harassment
against the accused using their personal contacts
and this time instrumenting FIA officials in their
mala fide intentions against the accused.
The accused immediately contacted I/O Tahir
Khan via his cell/whatsapp number provided on
the first order. Accused also responded to the
order sent by Assistant Director Mr. Farooq Latif
by TCS in which he informed him about the
ongoing harassment of Mumtaz Shah family and
provided reference material for the same
Within 10 days, on time another order received
from FIA and this time there was a note written in
Urdu as warning to be appeared for inquiry in
Rawalpindi before the undersigned or one sided
action will be taken against the accused.

Accused requested for the details of the complaint
in order to respond to the complaint through his
lawyer but nothing was provided to the accused or
his Lawyer and kept hidden like a secret. It got
much clear that calling the accused to Rawalpindi

from Karachi and then harass him through FIA
and even can get him arrested (that they failed in
their first attempt in Karachi against the accused)
as it was quite meaningful how the details of the
complaint matter kept hidden from the accused so
if the accused go to Rawalpindi to attend the
inquiry proceedings unprepared it is highly
possible that he got further into trouble because of
unavailability of relevant proves while he remain
in the dark about the severity and nature of
allegations against him - this seems to be like a
criminal trap set against the accused.
October 2018
On 4th of October 2018, lawyer of accused went
to FIA Rawalpindi from Karachi by Air, to
appear on behalf of his client. Some of the details
were shared with him but without any
documentary evidence. The whole meeting was
kept unofficial way as there was no formal letter ,
copy of the complaint or any other document
provided to the lawyer of the accused during his
one day trip to Rawalpindi from Karachi
All facts of fake complaint are as under: -
1. That the accused is a law-abiding citizen and active taxpayer of Pakistan,
running a well reputed HR risk management company for last 12 years
having its operational base in Karachi and HQ based in Singapore. His
company is providing employment opportunities to more than 60
Pakistani family bread earners in Karachi office alone. He is Encase
Certified Digital Forensics expert, having 15 years of International
experience in countering cyberthreats and mitigating e-fraud risks for
public and private sectors in Hong Kong and Singapore. Snapshot of his
media interviews to CNN, Washington Post and Yahoo are attached as
example of seriousness of this matter

2. That the accused and his employees were victimized and harassed by the
complainant and his family members from 2016 because one employees
Syeda Mehvish Ali now known as Mehvish Mumtaz. The accused and
his business faced severe harassment and his character was assassinated
and got him involved in litigating without any evidence to damage him
completely from all sides. The accused is facing vendetta for not
accepting to illegal demands of the complainant and took a stand on the
matter of not ending employment contract of Mehvish based on such
personal grounds. Please refer to the above timeline and documents
attached herewith in annexures.
3. Here are the facts and summarized details to prove that the life of accused
got serious threats from the complainant and his family members who are
doing everything possible to destroy accused:
i. Malicious letter leveling fake allegations on accused was
distributed among his company employee and family members
using whatsapp and emails contacts with mala fide intent to
damage accused credibility and hurt reputation of his business.
Please refer to Defamation Notice to Mumtaz Shah
ii. A fake FIR was registered against the accused in January 2017
by the complainant with serious charges of assault, kidnapping
and robbery. The matter was investigated by Police and found
no evicide in support of that FIR. The honorable court acquitted
accused and dismissed the case – This is a truthful fact that the

complainant register a false FIR to seriously damage the
accused. This is life threatening situation for the accused.
iii. Accused’s licensed weapons were taken off by force and then
were never returned. As family members of accused were in
talks with complainant and his family the matter was not
reported to the police but things were delayed deliberately by
complainant and no weapon or their compensation was provided
to the accused. After waiting for long, now when the accused
contacted Mehvish and asked for his weapons, this FIA inquiry
was initiated to stop accused from regstring FIR against Mehvish
and the complainant in case the complainant failed to return
licenced weapons in given time which is evident by many
documents annexed in this timeline.
4. The accused has been acquitted with honor in the fake FIR case and in all
complaints against him and the FIR was proven fake that demonstrated
the complainant’s mala fide intentions and misuse of their contacts in
Police for illegal purpose.
5. The complainant is trying to get a new FIR registered on the accused by
leveling false allegations. To simply put, the complainant lied and used
his contacts in Karachi police to register fake FIR against the accused and
now once again same people using FIA against the accused without any
evidence just to harass accused and his family and keep damaging his
business this way.
6. The first inquiry attendance order from FIA was sent on the name of the
accused ex-wife Norren Danish because the number Danish was using for
last 5 years was registered on his wife Norren’s CNIC However that

number was blocked by Noreen in February 2018 when court granted her
Khula. This mistake was corrected by the AD in next letter as the next
letter arrived on accused name but sent directly from the Additional
Director not I/O. However this mistake itself brings doubt on the merit of
such a complaint as per the guidelines laid down in the FIA Standing
Order 01/2018 for verifications proceedings of such complaints.
7. There is sufficient evidence provided in this written statement to prove the
mala fide intentions of the complainant. It should be taken into
consideration the way complainant is abusing his contacts in Police and
FIA against accused his family and his company staff and help the accused
to put a stop to this ongoing vendetta and harassment.
8. Why Mehvish is going against the accused who helped her to sustain that
time period when she was left alone by her family - then getting divorced
was the only reason she came in the life of the accused by conspiring for
her vested interests she destroyed social and professional life of a natural
person and keep on trying more destruction to completely finish him off.
9. Mehvish is a drug addict – she has been administered by the Dost
Foundation Peshawer where she was remain admitted to come out of
drugs affects – refer to annexure 16. Drug users are habitual liars may be
that is why there is lack of substantial documentary evidence against the
accused in this enquiry no. 154/2018 becauseit’s a work of fiction from a
mind of a drug addict.
10. Taking out CDR by illegal means, tracking location and traveling history
to harass the accused was actually done by complainant and his family
and all evidences are attached in this written statement as well, then why
accused is being blamed for the same now?

11. Accused have proved that he has not hacked any facebookor gmail ID and it is
fabricated to involve the accused in this matter illegally.
12. That the all-important document that show that the accused was not involved in any
cyber-crime are submitted along with this written statement , it is supported to the
accused version and declare him not guilty.

There was a plan to abduct Danish Thanvi and beat him to create a hostile pressure on the company and his
family which will lead to paralyzing of his business and personal life and ultimately the perpetrators will get
their ill-will achieved. In this call the complainant is saying he got some contacts in Military Intelligence
Karachi who can help in getting Danish abducted.

❖ I have changed her (Mehvish’s) Facebook password with the mobile app of cell phone.
❖ Her cell phone is rooted which is used for modeted games and apps.
❖ She has invested in Meezan Bank by selling her gold where she took one policy which is on the name
of both of us.
❖ In case if anything happens to her then I will be the next of kin. I don't know what will happen in case
of Khula. Probably in that case I will be eligible to claim that investment. I don't want money.
❖ I just want that they should have less funds so that they suffer.
❖ I have a contact in Intelligence at Karachi. Someone gave me his reference who is our mutual friend.
❖ He says that if you want Danish to be picked up, then I can do it by making him disappear for two or
three days from the scene.
❖ Let me talk to that person although that person is from lower cadre. But the person who referred me
said that the contact will be useful.
❖ What I want is that what she sees ahead should be blocked.
❖ I am just sending him the details.
❖ He has some other companies if you check profile of Danish. He is CEO of Trek and Sell and Director
of Singapore Company.
❖ You also find some contact there to pick him up. Osama was also suggesting me that if you can get
him kidnapped for few days it will be better as she (Mehvish) is in touch with him.
❖ Who is this Zeeshan? It was from last dialed calls. Many of her contacts were lost due to the Data
being wiped off. Now there are three Danish in her contact list: Danish Thanvi, Ali Danish.

Circulation of the Letter and blackmailing
This letter was circulated by the following mediums:
1. Hand Delivered the letter at BCG Office
2. Emailing the letter with the attachments to the employee official IDs
3. Sending whatsapp images to almost 300 of BCG current and former employees on their
personal cell numbers – this data was acquired by illegal means –
On December 22, 2016, a person delivered 15 letters by hand at BCG Office addressed to the
employees. Group CEO also received a whatsapp message that a Birthday Gift is waiting for him
in the office, which later turned out to be this letter, sent to damage the reputation of BCG
Management in the eyes of their employees. The messages exchanged are presented in the
screenshots given below:
The letter was sent to almost 300 employees (Current & former) by hand, through email and also
by the whatsapp message using the number 0341-2699404. The name and designation of the
employees is mentioned in the Annexure. This is the reason various people claiming from
agencies keep asking for employee details, for this illegal and criminal act
