Berlin museum
The Jewish Museum in Berlin was built between 1993-1998 on the site of the former Kollegienhaus, which previously housed the Jewish Museum. An international competition was held in 1989 to design the new museum dedicated to Jewish history. Daniel Libeskind's radical zigzag design, nicknamed 'Blitz', was selected. The empty museum was completed in 1999 and attracted over 350,000 visitors before opening in 2001. Libeskind's design uses voids and sharp angles to represent the violence and rupture in German-Jewish history.

When using Creative Commons content, proper attribution is required according to the license terms.
Assignment F: "Visualization"
The document outlines a 5-day workshop with 6 assignments culminating in a visualization assignment on Friday. On Friday, students will produce a 90-second video convincing the city planning council of their vision for the future city. They will upload a draft for feedback by 4pm and a final version by 7:30pm after reworking it. The process includes organizing roles, revising based on feedback, production, peer reviewing other videos, and final editing.
Assignment D: "Conceptual Map"
The document outlines the structure and assignments for a 5-day workshop on conceptualizing the future city of Leinwig. The workshop consists of 6 assignments aimed at developing each participant's vision statement for Leinwig in 2050. There are several charitable and private retirement homes and day care facilities, as well as 18 nursing services available in Leinwig.
