GATHER INFORMATION
Collecting all of the available relevant data is key
for the success of office optimization. This will be
achieved through an initial checklist and direct
engagement with key stakeholders via virtual
workshops.

The analysis of the information will have two main
outputs: A scenario definition and a Business Case,
including a base line for OPEX and CAPEX. This will
provide a solid base for decision making.

an Implementation Project by the Local Team
with input from key stakeholders. The project will
clearly define required tasks and provide a clear
