Clearswift offers employees a wide range of benefits including health and wellbeing programs like free health checks and fitness sessions. They also support employee fundraising and community involvement through activities like sponsored runs and charity voting. The Event Machine plans social and sports activities to engage employees, such as a table football tournament, video game nights, and a participation in a soap box derby race.

Clearswift is dedicated to offering its employees a
world-class, wide-range portfolio.
The selection is constantly
reviewed in order to drive
employee participation and
engagement and to ensure that
the benefits are both personalised
and relevant to our employees.
Thereby enabling Clearswift to
attract and retain world-class

Health and Wellbeing
The Health and Wellbeing of all of our employees is
important to Clearswift and during 2015 and into 2016 this
has been our absolute focus.
So far, Clearswift has offered employees a free, voluntary
health check from a health care provider at our UK Head
Quarters. There has also been the opportunity to have a
free massage, join on-site fitness sessions, attend nutrition,
posture and stress talks, fruit baskets and team
competitions with lots more planned for the rest of the
year.
We have been shortlisted in the prestigious
‘Very Important Benefits Awards’ 2016

Fancy a challenge?
For those of you that enjoy a sporting challenge our team
like to set themselves a goal and in 2015 it was a team of
15 participating in the hard-core ‘Spartan Super’ race –
certainly not for the faint hearted! Clearswift has supported
the team by providing weekly boot camp sessions with a
local Personal Trainer.
5. 5
As part of Clearswift’s ongoing commitment to being a great place to work, we have
established a dedicated Council who are always on the lookout for better ways to get
involved in our local community.
Whether that is through fundraising for local causes, helping out with ‘Giving Days’, or
organising events to support charities, there’s always something going on at Clearswift.
Support is generated throughout the year via sponsored runs, cake sales, pumpkin
carving and the infamous Clearswift quarterly quiz.
Giving Days are another way in which Clearswift helps the local community, the days
are a great way to socialise with other employees whilst taking part in something highly
rewarding.
Clearswift employees vote for the charity they would like to support throughout the
year.
This year the charities chosen for us to support are:
Berkshire Air Ambulance & Thames Hospice Care
