This document describes a liquid medicine preparation kit that allows for aseptic operation and easy handling. The kit includes a prefilled syringe fitted with a non-detachable sealing member at the distal end. It also includes a transfer pour tool fitted with a one-way valve that allows only gas to be emitted and a filter adjacent to the valve. This kit is designed to prevent the danger of aerosol scattering, liquid leakage, and droplet formation during liquid medicine preparation.
