This job posting is for a Windows System Administrator who will be responsible for backup system management, monitoring systems, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining various Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, and IIS. Backup system management
Administration of Monitoring, Alerting and Anti-Virus Systems
Monitoring of system performance and resource utilization
Assist in the deployment, documentation and ongoing maintenance of IT systems
Investigate and Troubleshoot escalated incidents
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory especially in user account management
Experience building servers (Windows Server 2008, 2012)
Experience supporting, maintaining and administering core Microsoft technologies
including Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012
Experience with Internet technologies (IP, DNS, SSL, LDAP)
Configure Windows servers for new application installations and support
applications in a high availability production environment.: IIS, Apache, Apache
Tomcat, CRM Dynamics
Define the root cause of production issues, troubleshoot Windows based
applications, and resolve IIS issues
Experience with various ticketing Tools : SDM 12, Remedy 7, DSD, OSMQ, Service
Now
Experience in CitrixXenapp and Powershell
Experience in monitoring tools : SCOM, Nagios and Dyamon.
Understanding of Information Security concepts
