• Building capabilities (Competent & Confident).

• In the world of today, there are many performance management
problems or/and challenges (individuals, teams and institutions)
unsolved (need to be solved).
• Building capabilities (How to be Competent & Confident).
• I don’t know how to do it. (lack of competency)
• I don’t have the confidence, I can do it. (lack of commitment)

• Get a new job (higher one).
• Get promoted.
