This document summarizes an presentation given at the WHO European Healthy Cities Networks Annual Business and Technical Conference in June 2015. The presentation discusses strategic experimentation and joint use of health and wellness data in Kuopio, Finland. Specifically, it discusses (1) experiments conducted in Kuopio to develop more efficient and participatory services, (2) a joint model to promote self-care, healthcare, and wellness through shared data, and (3) achievements and lessons learned from partnerships between the city of Kuopio and healthcare providers/actors.
