In his free time, he plays basketball five times a week and enjoys going to the country on Sundays to relax. In the summer of 2014, he took a trip to Valencia with his family and friends and especially enjoyed the Oceanografic aquarium which housed various fish, marine animals, and other creatures like sharks, dolphins, and belugas.

Filomeno attended primary school in Venilale, where he initially struggled but grew to enjoy learning. He had some troubles in junior high school but found the experience overall average. In senior high school, Filomeno focused on his studies and took on leadership roles. He then entered the National University of Timor-Leste but had to leave after three semesters when a scholarship was cancelled. Despite setbacks, Filomeno maintains a positive outlook and hopes for future opportunities.

Zongyan Li was born in Chengdu, China in the 1990s and took a normal path through the Chinese education system of primary school, middle school, and high school. In middle school, Zongyan developed an interest in foreign languages and other cultures. Zongyan attended a boarding school from kindergarten through high school, where Zongyan made lifelong friends and was exposed to global perspectives that improved communication and leadership skills. After high school, Zongyan studied abroad in Canada through a joint program between a Chinese and Canadian college to prepare for international study. Zongyan has been studying finance for two semesters and plans to become a certified financial planner.

This is a workshop about communication and collaboration. We will experience how we can analyze the reasons for resistance to change (exercise 1) and practice how to improve our conversation style and be more in control and effective in the way we communicate (exercise 2).
This session will use Dave Gray’s Empathy Mapping, Argyris’ Ladder of Inference and The Four Rs from Agile Conversations (Squirrel and Fredrick).
Abstract:
Let’s talk about powerful conversations! We all know how to lead a constructive conversation, right? Then why is it so difficult to have those conversations with people at work, especially those in powerful positions that show resistance to change?
Learning to control and direct conversations takes understanding and practice.
We can combine our innate empathy with our analytical skills to gain a deeper understanding of complex situations at work. Join this session to learn how to prepare for difficult conversations and how to improve our agile conversations in order to be more influential without power. We will use Dave Gray’s Empathy Mapping, Argyris’ Ladder of Inference and The Four Rs from Agile Conversations (Squirrel and Fredrick).
In the session you will experience how preparing and reflecting on your conversation can help you be more influential at work. You will learn how to communicate more effectively with the people needed to achieve positive change. You will leave with a self-revised version of a difficult conversation and a practical model to use when you get back to work.

- 4. SCHOOL When I turned 6, I started to attend Specialized english school №1 in Ivano-Frankivsk. There I spent 9 years trying to become smarter and more socialized than ever before.
- 5. ENGLISH IN MY EXISTENCE For 14 years out of my 18`s I`ve been studying English. I attended many different contests starting from school olympiads to JASU. Because of English I`ve found some great people which became my friends after all.
- 6. COLLEGE Starting from 2017 I`m a student of Ivano-Frankivsk College of V. Stefanyk Precarpathian National University. I`m still trying to become a good lawyer, maybe even a judge. I`ve found a lot of really cool guys who`ve got a big potential to become great human beings Best team ever
