Toastmasters is an international nonprofit organization that helps people improve their communication and leadership skills. It was established in 1924 and now has over 292,000 members in over 14,350 clubs across 122 countries. Toastmasters uses a learn-by-doing approach where members practice giving speeches, take on leadership roles in meetings, and provide feedback to others. There are basic and advanced tracks to help members develop skills in public speaking, presentation delivery, leadership, and more. Members benefit from a supportive environment to gain confidence and experience speaking in front of others.
