The i leadership program aims to prepare high-potential public servants for entry-level and intermediate management roles. The 12-month program enhances leadership competencies through challenges and new perspectives to expand abilities. Participants gain practical skills and tools to apply immediately. Both departments and participants benefit, with departments gaining succession planning and alignment with priorities, and participants building skills and networks for managerial roles. The program involves five learning phases over 21 days, complemented by outside experiences, and teaches leading oneself, challenging situations, and the future through various activities.
