• Offer customized professional development
training programs and consulting services to
businesses, government agencies and
community organizations.
• Over the years, some 300 organizations in the
Metro Atlanta area have used our professional
staff of 250 instructors to augment their internal
educational programs.
5. Project Management Employment
Program
• GPC has a partnership with TenStep, Inc.
• the Program provides intensive preparation for the
Project Management Professional (PMP ®)
Certification Exam
• Understanding fundamental project management
methodology and techniques
• Interactive software-based project simulation
• Resume writing and interview techniques taught in
class
6. Project Management Employment
Program
Program cost: $5,000
– Cost includes tuition, materials, Project Management
Institute (PMI) membership, MS PM software training,
and exam fee
– Two weeks of instructor-led class and four weeks of
self-directed study to prepare for PMP® exam
– Test-preparation materials included in tuition
7. Prerequisites
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or
Global Equivalent
• Project Management work history that meets the
PMP Exam application guidelines
• Approval of GA Dept. of Labor Workforce
Investment Act (WIA) funds for career training
• Acceptance into the GPC Project Management
Employment Program
