After Receiving Healing
In order to receive the maximum benefit from a healing treatment it is
helpful to:
Drink plenty of water
Take it easy
Eat lightly
Have an early night
After a treatment the person, or animal, might feel tired or sleep more
deeply than normal.
Alternatively they could feel energised and notice that things seem to be
brighter and more sharply in focus.
The healing energy can take 2-3 days to fully work through your system.
