CLAT is an entrance exam for admissions to undergraduate (LLB) and postgraduate (LLM) law programs offered by 14 National Law Universities across India. The exam consists of multiple choice questions with negative marking. Candidates below 20 years of age on July 1 are eligible. CLAT is conducted once a year to enable admissions to law courses through a centralized exam.

law courses – undergraduate (Legum Baccalaureus –
LLB) and post graduate (Legum Magister – LLM). The
