WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNT
   FROM AUDIENCE
     FEEDBACK?
     By Charlotte Watts
One of our intentions as a group was to have our audience involved; we were at all times engaged with the
thoughts and opinions of the individuals we were targeting our products at.
It was sometimes challenging especially with a sensitive topic such as abuse, to make sure that everything we did
was suitable and perceptive. We did this by delicately enquiring with the public.
It is imperative in order to produce a high-quality product which is accurate and hard-hitting to have good honest
responses; this gives you goals to work for.
Face to face conversation has been one
key way of receiving feedback. Be that
class discussion, teacher comments or
group conversations, all have been
supportive input that keeps us challenging
ourselves and our creative methods.
Relaxed conversations with people in our
target market can be a resourceful way to
expand our knowledge on the subject topic
and on media techniques. Although it’s not
always easy to record this information the
curiosity driven talks and things we learnt
along the way have deeply inspired our
final products.
Facebook became the foundation of all of our feedback.
Facebook appeared to be the greatest way for people
communicating their suggestions to us. We could
upload videos, pictures, music and write text, with its
blog like manner it made an easy transition to keep an
organised log of ideas to keep our product progressive.
Facebook provides the information on age, race,
gender, political and religious views. Which is extremely
useful and valuable details that help detain a solid
suggestion of who connects with our piece.
Whenever we got to the finishing stages of a product we
would go out and secure opinions so we could refine
and improve. Easier and more receptive Facebook
demonstrated its many ways to facilitate high-quality
            communication around the world.
FACEBOOK FEEDBACK
Twitter was used more as a journal of
dates more of a way to keep the public
interactive with us whilst we were filming. It
was literally the public seeing as facebook
although the intimate settings give many
people the confidence to speak out about
their opinions, Twitter appeals to the World
Wide Web unlimited.
I found it difficult to obtain people to
comment on this social networking site.
Consequently for feedback purposes
Twitter didn’t tend to be the most
successful option.
